Creative Discovery Programme
The Creative Discovery Programme is an experiential team-based journey designed to unlock creativity as a driver of innovation, collaboration, and problem-solving. Through guided activities and purposeful facilitation, participants work together to transform ideas into impactful outcomes. Offered through two unique streams — Art Masterpiece and Music Masterpiece — the programme invites teams to co-create either a collaborative artwork or an original piece of music. Along the way, they develop creative confidence, explore new ways of thinking, and strengthen their ability to approach challenges with curiosity and imagination.




Art Masterpiece Stream
The Art Masterpiece stream transforms teamwork into a tangible expression of creativity. Guided through a structured yet explorative process, participants collaborate to conceptualise and co-create a large-scale artwork on a physical canvas. This hands-on experience encourages open communication, shared visioning, and collective problem-solving, as each individual’s ideas and perspectives are woven into a cohesive visual narrative. Beyond the finished piece, the journey itself becomes a powerful metaphor for collaboration — showing how diverse contributions can come together to create something meaningful and impactful.




Music Masterpiece Stream
The Music Masterpiece stream brings together creativity, technology, and agile thinking to co-create original music using Generative AI. Working in iterative cycles inspired by agile methodology, participants collaborate in short sprints — brainstorming, experimenting with sounds and lyrics, gathering feedback, and refining their ideas step by step. This dynamic, adaptive approach mirrors real-world innovation processes, helping teams embrace flexibility, rapid learning, and continuous improvement. By the end of the journey, participants not only produce a unique piece of music but also experience how agile collaboration and emerging technologies can unlock new levels of creativity and innovation.
